The first night it was far too hard and high (and I'm a side sleeper, needing a high loft pillow). I was planning on returning it, but on night 3 something was different. It was lovely and supportive but no longer had my neck at a right-angle. It's fantastic now! I'm hoping it doesn't continue to soften too much. I opened it up on night 2 to see if I could take some of the filling out, but it's fully encased in the memory foam outer shell, so it's not adjustable unless you cut the foam open. I'm glad I stuck with it as it came. I'll report back after a few weeks/months of use. I'm still on week 1. This is the 5th or 6th pillow I've bought since New Year due to neck pain. They all went back. I'm keeping this one.

I just wanted to buy a firm pillow but i would highly recommend this pillow as im very happy with the quality and comfort.

Really comfortable pillows

Oh my goodness! After years of buying all sorts of pillows to support my neck and spending so much money I've finally found one that works. Before buying this pillow I would be fiddling around with one, two and sometimes three pillows trying to get comfortable. With this one my head went down and I didn't move! I've a crushed vertebrae in my neck and because this is deep it fits right into my shoulder against my neck so no gap where the neck would have relaxed and caused pain and problems. Brilliant! My only gripe, not with the pillow, is that I haven't a pillow case that fits. Mine squash the pillow, but I'll make my own.

Was a second purchase of one of these as love the first one, as always great delivery service and easy to order, good product description, good value for money, good plump pillow, comfortable and has good shape retention. also unlike some other brands its a good size and fits in pillow case well,

I purchased 2 of these pillows. 1 of the 2 has gone totally flat within a few months but the 2nd pillow is absolutely as good as new indicating there is a problem with it.. I contacted the Amazon seller for a replacement as has 2 year guarantee who advised " I can confirm as you are out of the first 28 day purchase period, you will need to deal with manufacturer directly. Please contact the manufacturer (Comfy Group) and they can assist you further regarding your guarantee claim" I contacted the manufacturers who state ''Items which are flat are not considered a fault, however we can look at other reasons like a fibre issues and underweight''. They also suggested I washed and tumble dried the pillow, trying not to bend it! and If the pillow was still flat then I would need to return the pillow to them after washing at my own expense for further investigation........ How do they expect you not to bend a pillow with a solid foam core when trying to put in washing machine ??? The whole point of buying a side sleeper pillow is and I quote from the advert "SUPERIOR SUPPORT FOR THE HEAD AND NECK: The deeply supportive foam centre helps to encourage the neck and spine to remain in a straight and neutral position for ultimate comfort and pressure relief." .......... If the pillow has gone flat then it does not support your neck!!!! I am extremely disappointed and expected better customer services from both the retailer and manufacturer. These pillows are very expensive and are supposed to be guaranteed for two years. Don't buy these unless your are prepared to waste a considerable amount of money on a pillow that may only last a few months .
