This is a very well made desk. It was simple to build and simple to operate. It's a standard size and it's free of a crossbar at foot level which has allowed me to place a small set of draws underneath. Whilst this works well for me, care must be taken when lowering the desk height as the is NOT any sensor to prevent the desk stopping when lowering. To get around this the presets on height are used to ensure I never have to use the lowering direction button when the draws are beneath the desk. I'd recommend this as it's made a huge difference being able to stand and alternatively sit during a standard working day at a desk.

Just got the desk and assembled it in about 5 minutes. It's literally 16 allen key screws and 3 plug ins. Was worried that as a 6ft 2 guy that it wouldn't go high enough, but it goes higher than I need so that was a plus! Also, there was negligible wobble at the max height which I was surprised at :) Tested the wireless charger and this is fast charging too which is great! So far, I've had a great experience with Purus and fingers crossed I won't have any issues down the line....

The first desk arrived with a damaged top that was replaced after a week or so the usb ports started working intermittently and the wireless charger has completely stopped working I could have got a better desk for much less.

We had this for a couple of months now. Working as advertised. Everything is jus as one would expect it to be or better. There is not a single thing that I would complain about. There is space under the desk for a slim power bar between the end of the drawer and the cable management tray. We got a server rack power bar with 7 slots in a single row (see photos). We were able to do all the cable management just using Velcro. Note that the desk surface MDF board is very thin and you will need to use very short screws or spacers if you want to use screws for mounting anything. We did not use screws. We un-screwed the cable management tray that comes with desk and secured the power bar with velcro tot the metal frame that the cable management tray is mounted on. There is about one milimetre space between the desk frame and the desk surface (manufacturer provided spacers) - just enough to easily get the velcro tape around the frame and secure whatever you need to. As you are mounting everything you will be moving the desk up and down to test if the cables lengths allow for desk movement. The desk will go into rest mode as the motors need cool-down time after two minutes of working. Do not panic - just read the manual on how how to reset the electric motors. We never had to do the reset again. It only takes about 15 seconds to lift the desk from bottom to top position so you need to do it four times before the desk needs cool-down time. This will never happen in your normal daily use as you move it and then work standing for about one hour before you feel like you need to sit back down. Actually - when I work I could be standing all day as I am focused on my work and need to set timer on my phone to remind myself to change position. The bottom position is good enough for my for five-year old to watch a movie and the top position is more than enough for me to work standing (I am 188cm or 6'-3" tall). I actually use 118 cm height for standing work - 3 cm to spare. Funny how the height displayed on the desk is spot-on. Manufacturer calibrated it really well - I measured with laser and there is zero tolerance. The assembly is just attaching two legs and connecting cables. Takes about 15 minutes including reading instructions and unpacking. Once assembled it is very heavy and that makes it very stable.
