I have purchased the product many times and use it constantly. Each time the product has been it perfect condition, no odor, sealed, and has a reasonable expiration date. I am not a scientist with a lab, so I can't tell you about quality or purity except that I have never had a problem from this supplement. I do think that my regular use has decreased my susceptibility to sunburn, which would be fantastic if it's not just my imagination. I'm taking a star off because I agree with others that the marketing is a little deceptive. These are 5 MG gelcaps, not 10. It's a 30 day supply if you want to take 10 MG. I only take 5.

If you're thinking of buying this just know that most astaxanthin pills are 12mg and these are 10mg.

I'll start by saying I love the size of these softgel tablets. I have a hard time swallowing pills and these are smooth and go down easily. I love that they are smaller in size and not some huge pills. As for the changes I've noticed... I know people take these for all different reasons from inflammation, to better vision to improved immune system. The only change I've noticed so far, they have helped my digestive system. I am one that suffers from constipation even though I eat right. I noticed I am able to go to the bathroom everyday now without pain, bloating, etc. I contribute it to this pill because I am NOT taking any other new med or supplement. I have not noticed a difference in my vision or inflammation yet but hopefully that will come as I continue taking them. I've been taking them for about 10 days now. I noticed the change in digestive on about the third day of taking them. Overall, I am very pleased with these pills, even if it only helps my digestive system because that is a huge benefit for me. I will try to update my review if I notice any other changes in the next few weeks.
