Will it work with a Surface Pro 4?

How do i make the fit more snug on surface book 2 device? when i hang with bank down, it follows out of the adaptor?

I am not sure how to answer. I use mine to plug into the "power brick", thus eliminating the extra power cord and turning the power supply into a wall adapter. The plug fits snugly into the brick.
