My Back Loves This
Love this! It's flexible to hit spots well and stats cold for awhile. The fabric cover is so nice...no more freezing shock on my back like with other ice packs. I've only used it cold so far, so can't speak to the heat option.

Perfect size for your back
I purchased this for my mom for her lower back issues. I ordered another product from this company which is also awesome. This pack has a clay mud filling which retains heat very well and can be used cold too. She is really pleased with this product! Great product quality and value!
