Just like Sudafed
You couldn't afford to buy this much brand name Sudafed. This is a great value. It took 2 years to use up a box of these individually wrapped tablets in my family. I even put some in the car First Aid kits. They are still effective after 2 years. They really help with sinus headaches and congestion. I just bought this new box for the coming year.

They don't work for allergies.
This helps with my allergies for about two hours when they finally kick in. I now have my normal allergy medication, so I'll be giving these to the pharmacy for disposal.
