Great product
This is my favorite supplement for my bones. It has a good variety of nutrients to keep my bones strong and it has the right amount of calcium with only four capsules.

This formula works for me!
I began taking this supplement after labs revealed low vitamin D level. After a year of this formula restored me to a normal vitamin D level. When Vitacost.com discontinued this formula, I ordered it from Amazon. It arrived quickly and the price was reasonable.

I have also been using this product for years and have had no side effects. I do have some bladder leakage but more from not taking time for my bladder to empty. I trust this product and constipation is a REAL issue if I'm not taking it.
