Q: What is the difference between the elegance and older model?

As someone who bought the old model of this brand, I can say that Elegance models are definitely produced much better than before in terms of material and quality. Since the old model boom arm was made of aluminum or plastic, I was not satisfied with its quality and returned it. The company's customer representative contacted me and advised me to try the Elegance models, and by applying a discount coupon, I bought a new one. The new model made of stainless-steel is definitely very high quality and I am very satisfied

Extremely bad product and poorly designed.

I have purchased not only one but two spare, because one got broken. I opened one box after the other, both are broken! If there is any refund please let me know
