This was a game changer. Before this product I was making mold boxes with the usual; legos, glossy cardboard, hot glue, tape, and a prayer lol. This little kit makes the mold box assembly quick, easy, and very customizable. I think two kits is the perfect amount to get a really good use of the potential. All the pieces for together well, the clamps hold everything together tight, and I haven't experienced any silicone leaks. Definitely worth it.

I use this mold housing for making molds. It great and easy to assemble. Fit a lot of sizes for a lot of mold sizes. Very durable. No stickiness and no weird smells.

I bought this to make molds in and it's great! It's easy to use and very sturdy. Make sure to clean any sticky residue from the previous use of double-sided tape from the bottom between uses. Otherwise, it makes a build-up, even from just two uses, and doesn't allow for a complete seal of the casing. It WILL leak, but that is a user error.

This works really well. The only problem is the two sided tape supplied with the kit is a bit of a bother. Hard to get off and does not work that well. The two side gorilla tape or similar from Home Depot is better. Nice and wide and generally comes off easier. For a base I use the lids from carryout/delivery food. I use hot glue to seal the outer edge. But with the wide Gorilla tape I might not have to.

I make miniature silicon molds for resin casting. This has always been a bit irritating, especially for casting smaller objects. I saw this product in an online article and decided to give it a try. It works well; quick setup, littler leakage and well constructed to fit together. The product consists of 4 corner pieces, 8 side pieces and 12 spring clips allowing construction of boxes ranging from 2" by 2" square up to 6" by 6" square (or 8" by 4" rectangle). Maximum height is 2". Also included is a role of 1" double-sided tape to help seal the mold from leaks. I didn't use the tape preferring clay as a leak sealer. It works very well. I made a 2x2 inch mold of a cowboy hat and head. No leakage from under the mold, virtually no flashing where the parts fit together and easy clean-up. I just wish the mold box pieces were taller than 2 inches.

I appreciate the ease of use, however the leaks have been daunting. I've used the provided double tape and clips, different double sided tape, tight rubber bands, plastic wrap, packing tape and it still leaks. I've put it on paper plates, acrylic rolling plates, cardboard.... all leak still.

Happy with purchase goes together easy and able to adjust size for multiple different projects. I did see previous review about leaking I did not have that issue I used a little reusable clay at seems to make sure and no leaks. The double sided tape I will not use again it sticks extremely well but is a pain to remove from bottom of mold. Silicon released easily from frame, this is a lot easier the building box’s out of plexiglass every time. Would recommend
