This was an unfortunate purchase because it turns out I never had lice, just a lazy dermatologist who didn't bother to actually examine her patient. However, a serendipitous finding, I love it as a comb, it separates and fluffs fine hair and seems to distribute natural oils well and overall makes your hair look healthy! I will be returning my dermatologist for a new one but am keeping this comb.

This comb is certainly sturdy but if you have fine hair, this is just as useless as the plastic combs. Would be GREAT for thick hair and I am guessing this comb will last.

This comb didn't comb out eggs only large bugs. The pins aren't close enough together. And the product delivered didn't even match the photos. Just don't bother buying this comb.

Great design, but like the comb that came with the R*D kit, it did not work well on my daughter's VERY FINE hair with the smallest of the nits (but did work on the larger ones).Don't let this discourage you from trying it if you have hair that is other than very fine. I can see where it would be good on most other hair types.

Not better than the one that comes with the lice treatments.

It really does a much better job than the standard metal combs that come in the Rid and Nix boxes. It has the same number of teeth, but they seem closer together, and the pin stripes do seem to help. We bought this comb because we just watched not only nits but adult lice slip through the teeth of the other combs. This one catches everything. I would definitely recommend.

Removes the bugs fairly well, but not nits. All metal combs are not the same! Terminator is by far the better one.

I would give it 0 stars if it was possible. The comb left behind more nits than it took out
