I’ve been using Homemate smart switches for a while now, and they’ve made controlling my home lighting so much easier. The installation was simple, the build quality feels solid, and the app works smoothly without lag. Alexa/Google integration is seamless, and the response time is very fast. Simple and easy to use. I faced a small issue while configuring the switch, so I contacted customer support. I was connected to one Mr. Hitesh Varma. Witihin few seconds he checked my insatalltion status and guided me online within minutes the device was online. The Indian support team is excellent and very helpful. The switch is very easy to configure and use. It works smoothly with Amazon Alexa and Google Home. Getting a Wi-Fi–controlled device with 4 switches in a single gang box makes it great value for money. I purchased 2 units and have installed them, with 1 more to go. Overall, a great choice for smart home upgrades. Highly recommended.

I actually purchased two 10 metre ceiling light. Also along with that I had purchased smart switches for the regular lights and other stuff. This is an aggregated review of both the products. I like both the products for the price they came in and for their working. For most part they work fine and features mentioned, app all things work fine as expected. There is one minor inconvenience I have observed, not sure if its only Homemate or other products as well but they tend to lose the WiFi connectivity and then alexa is not able to control them because of that. After talking to their support on whatsapp which is the best part, they asked me to restart the router. Which is switch off and switch it on again. This seem to work all the time. I have made this as my practice to switch off and on my router regularly for this and dont see this problem ever again. One other issue I had observed was, controller of one of the light burned/melted causing the light to stop working. When I contacted their support again, they were very helpful with providing replacement of the same free of charge with pick up and drop at their cost. In other switch products you might find switches dying fast complaints but after thorough research and understanding I can tell that its because the switches are not used with correct wattage requirements it can suffice. I used all my switches as 2 pair for controlling my other lights and none of them died - have been using them from 6 months now. I will close this review saying, if you are looking for a cheap, retrofit switches and lights to make your home smart you can go with Homemate even though at first look their ratings look very bad and feels like this is not something you should be buying.

Perfect for retrofitting job. Installation and smart home configuration was damn easy. Works nicely with alexa ecosystem.

Its very nice and value for money

Avoid this brand . Totally waste of money , I have purchased for whole house & regret now . The switch looses wifi connectivity frequently. The 2 gang wifi switch are all gone in a year . Almost every 15 days I need to reconnect them . Other brand switches work flawless , only these has issues. I have best mesh router , so it's not a wifi issue , as all other IOT device work flawless .

Ordered these to work with Profile Lights as the 4 gang doesn't support these. These ones work well without any hiccup! Good work!
