What are the ingredients for this? I can't find them even on their website, so how would I know if this is really nontoxic and safe?

The product has a long list of ingredients, and has a "Caution" message saying the following: Keep out of reach of children, contains alkaline detergents, may cause eye irritation, safe if used as directed, do not drink.

Can it be used on aluminum?

I don’t see why not. Of course it depends on what the is made of the aluminum you are referring to. If it’s a grill then I see no problem, however, if it is something else then you might want to be careful.

Will this work on griddles? weber instructions say not to use soap and water on the weber griddle after it is seasoned. how do i clean the griddle?

it will work, but i recommend dawn power wash spray, it is much stronger and cheaper. save your weber grate spray cleaner.

Is this cleaner Kosher? I just purchased a kosher grill?
