When you are well into your senior years many times you develop all kinds of medical and health related issues. A miracle in a pocket neti!!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product and have turned several family members in to true believers. I live in the desert where daily winds kick up all kind of allergens from the ground, not to mention a daily seeving of dust. I've been miserable for DECADES with allergies and nothing helped. Last year, I had had a pretty bad cold and went on Amazon to order a Vicks inhaler. This POCKET NETI came up as an option, so I checked in to it. I liked the fact that it was all natural and that it contains Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Rosemary and Lavender (all favorite fragrances). I also liked the fact that it claimed to be an anti-inflammatory. I ordered it, received 2 neties the next day, took one inhale and have never looked back. I CAN BREATHE and my sense of smell has actually returned after years of being lost. I keep these things everywhere - my purse, the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, glove compartment. I even have one in my travel toiletries bag so I never get caught without one. For me, this product has been life changing. If you suffer from chronic allergies, sinus infections or are plagued with colds or flus, you owe it to yourself to give this a shot. They have miniaturized it, unfortunately. I BOUGHT two inhalers 9 mis ago, gave one to my husband, put one in my purse. I recently experienced how EFFECTIVE this product is. I've been experiencing sinus headaches (seasonal allergens) with pressure on the front of my face, temple, eyes, nose, down to my jaws. I felt burning in my eyes and nose every time I inhaled. I decided to try the inhaler yesterday. The pain went away instantaneously.. I'm getting a collection to have them PRESENT when they MIGHT help.

The inhaler really helps my sinuses. Some I've tried in the past either had salt but weren't strong enough, or were strong but had no salt. This one has a nice balance of salt and strong-smelling essential oils. Can't comment on how long they last or keep their potency, as I haven't had them for long.

Honestly, it’s not doing what it claims but it smells good

My husband and I both have allergies and sinuses, his are far worst than mine. He is one of those guys who has to use a specific type of nose spray twice a day, and even then he can hardly breathe between spray times. I use a common inhaler and a Neti pot when I ran across this product. He cannot use the Neti pot without drowning himself, but I thought, why not try it? Works GREAT! The peppermint is very strong, inhale slowly and its fine. One great plus to this product is it is all natural, so can use it whenever you cannot breath. For me its few times a day, for him, its several times a day. One down side: reading reviewing I read that should turn this upside down and tap to knock out any loose salt. He turned his upside and tapped, and it fell apart. He was able to put it back together but recommend turning it upside down and shaking out any loose salt. Just ordered 2 more packages so we can keep in the cars.
