Too thin but does the job
The needles take time to be inserted and it is too thin to stir the coffee grounds. At times it is caught in the tiny holes of the basket so I'm always careful in swirling it. Not the premium item because of its cheap price.

This tool does the job. I have been using a single wire (having a loop on the handle end) for >10 years...perhaps as much as 20 years, to stir the grounds in the porta-filter ("PF"). Stirring the grounds is the 2nd best way t stop channeling. The best way is to NOT tap the porta-filter with the tamper. When pulling a triple shot with a bottomless PF, channeling is a constant problem and happens unless you adhere to a strict protocol. To me, distribution of the grounds in the PF is the single biggest determination of channeling. Tapping the PF with the tamper (I believe) messes up the distribution.

طلبت الاداة ووصلت خلال 4 ايام عمل الخامة قوية بس انها تتمخش وتترك اثار الخدوش طريقة التركيب فيها سهلة جدا بس ماتوقعت انها تجي بإبر زيادة جتني 4 ابر زيادة شيء حلو وانتبه اذا كنت تركبها لان رأسها حاد مدبدب

I tried using this as-is out of the box, but the needles were too bendy. So, I cut about an inch off each one and now it works well. I also removed half the needles so it wouldn't push the grounds around so much. Also beware that the needles sometimes get caught in the portafilter holes and pull out of the handle (but are easily replaced)
