Still one of the best forms of dry lubricant
I purchased this for use with my John Deere 71 planters. Graphite is added to the seed and provides lubrication to the moving parts as the seed pass thru the various measuring parts. My old box of graphite ran out this spring and neede more. I definitely didn't need a 10 lb box I used for the last 10-15 years and this was just the right size. Size of the graphite is, best I can tell, same if maybe a bit finer than what I was using so I'm very happy I found this.

It is as it should be I think
I bought this expecting to do all kinds if cool stuff with it after going down a rabbit hole on YouTube… That said… I still have not done more than open the container several times and close it back up. It came quick and appears to be top shelf. Anything beyond that would be a made up story. Sorry but it is true. Still, I think it is probably great. 🤣

It works. I could find no other product that did the same.
Perfect for thickening paint.

Betta than Cornstarch!
I might have to agree with previous reviewers… pretty sure this is Gypsum… not Talcum. Slightly gray in color. Texture and feeling is exactly the same as day handling and cutting gypsum wallboard (sheetrock).Still waaaay better than Cornstarch goo

Great stuff when you are casting lead soldiers.
I have been casting lead soldiers from World War 1 and World War II along with civil war soldiers and cannons and other field equipment for many years. The standard with the molds was to hold them over a candle and coat the molds with soot from the burning candle to help the lead flow easier when casting. I read about this Graphite Powder and gave it a try. I have far less failures to flow using this than I ever did with the candle soot. You just sprinkle it on the mold, blow off the excess and the molten lead does not stick to the molds and flows just like it should. I wish I had known about this stuff years ago, it's great.

Good preservative for lawnmower decks!
Very slippery, but where gloves. This stuff is almost impossible to get off your hands. Should be durable!

Good Stuff
I have shoe inserts that can cause noisy racket. This talcum powder did a wonderful job of quieting them down. I recommend this product.
