If you are not tolerant to a lot of pain then do NOT get it!It is very painful! I did 3 rounds .. 10 days massaging every evening then a week off to kind of relax and did not experience any pain..Told my sister about it who is a massage therapist after first 2 days i used it. She said anti cellulite massage absolutely works. It does make sense that it works because your fat gets sucked in and you move the suction cup (use Oil!!!!) and the pressure breaks up the fat sells)After 3 sessions 10 days massage 7 days off 3 times and A LOT of pain and bruising i can see cellulite when i squeeze the front of my thigh.. on the back, because it was not really comfortable to do it i see 60 percent improvement.. I stopped for summer to go to the beach and pool and not to be bruised but intend to do over fall and winter to get ready for the summer.

Obsessed with my new Lure body cups! I recently had a baby girl, and can I say how self-conscious I am about my body now that summer is finally here? I am so glad a dear friend introduced me to Lure! She told me about their cupping sets and could not stop talking about how she cups herself and her hubby from head to toe – lol. What caught my attention of course when she told me that cupping helps with body shaping and cellulite – just what I needed to help me bounce back into shape and into my pre-baby body! I hopped over to Amazon and bought the SCULPT cupping kit, but could not stop myself there and picked up their dry body brush mitts and fascia GENIE (see my review on these babies too). Back to cupping… SCULPT cupping set has 3 different sized cups – 1 small, 1 large dome shaped and 1 round like a mushroom. I use them all in the shower with body wash and massage feels HEAVENLY! At first I had some minor bruising on my thighs, but as I learned it was from tight fascia which restricts blood flow. After a few uses I don’t bruise anymore. I alternate cups depending on the area I want to reach – larger on thighs, smaller on the stomach and round on my buttocks. This is what I found works for me. Feels like my skin is more resilient and definitely firmer. I have not measured the circumference of my legs or waist, but I am definitely noticing change. I am confident I will be bikini ready in a matter of weeks! I still cannot believe that something as small and simple as these silicone cups

I love the Lure massage cups. They're easy to use and provide a firmer suction than other cups I've used. I ordered my first Lure cups in 2019, and recently ordered new ones. As a massage therapist, cupping is my go-to when I need to provide myself relief from tight fascia adhesions. I've just started using them on my thighs to try to effect my cellulite too!

You should use this with oil so these will slip out of your hands often!

I've been using this for about 10 days now. it's doing amazing things. I've lost an inch and a half around my waist. About the same in my stomach,it's almost flat. I still have a muffin top but not as bad.My inner thighs would hit each other, when I would walk. I truly hated that ,so I also been using it there as well. I recently lost enough there that I can walk without that happening. I read this in one of the review before I bought this. To use it in the shower, ( thanks for that) I put my body wash all over my body move the showerhead away and just begin to use it I would definitely recommend this to anybody that's wanting to lose weight and to lose the cellulite.Now I exercise so this Is no miracle thing. I ride my bicycle 5 Miles three times a week. I walk my dog another mile. I pick up weights and I do Zumba.As far as the pain it doesn't hurt as much as if I can describe the pain it's about the same thing if you would breast-feed a child. Now am talking about the section of it ,it's painful but tolerated. Well for those of you that didn't breast-feed. I'm sorry there's no better description of it.This will be for sure on my Christmas lists to my love ones.

So I got these about a week ago in the mail.. and as other reviewers have said, they are ADDICTING! The first time I used it, was the medium sized cup on my thigh....it hurt...lol, but once you use a lot of lotion or oil while you use it, it is so much better and you get used to the feeling, it's almost like a "good" kind of soreness. I also recommend doing them in the shower with lots of soap containing lotion in it, I use Dove bodywash. If you're lucky enough, and can get your significant other in the shower every time and have them do your back, it's amazing ;). it honestly feels so good, and even better when YOU don't have to do it. I haven't used them long enough to see a difference in cellulite yet, but I did notice more firmness in my thighs. I also noticed it can help ease back and shoulder pain. It's fun and it makes you feel like your skin is awakened by the suction in several areas of your body. I would recommend giving these a try!P.S go easy on the suctioning before you start moving the cup around on your skin, feel it out first if you need more or less suction to prevent bruising.

So I bought it only a week ago and let me tell you I see hugeeeeeee improvement!!!! My front of the leg has maybe 5% of cellulite left ,only when I squeeze ! In the back of the leg I see 60% gone !!!! I have few bruises tho 🤦‍♀️ . I didn’t buy cellulite oil from them because I didn’t see proper ingredients to get rid of cellulite , spend a bit more and got amazing results . (I’m sure combination of both) . Also I work on my boyfriend for water retention and it went down by 50% from first treatment !
