what a hand full
We tried flying on a light wind day that easily flew our triangle and box kites. This thing would not get up to save our soles. when the heavy wind gusts came by it would get up some but circle and crash the ground hard. It survived many of these attempts to get it to fly. Then the tape that holds the bridle string on came off. With Electrical tape coming off with almost every we used electrical heat shrink several layers thick to hold the string on the kite. Kite will fly on a heavy wind day when you would not want to fly other types. It is still prone to circle and crash. BUT it is still in one piece.

Poorly assembled
I like everything about the kite except for how it was made because the stitching has already come undone I was able to fly at 1 time and now I've got to take the time to mend it before it will work properly and I've yet to do so because it's been quite a few months since I bought it but definitely they need to take the time to do the stitching a bit better or else why sell it nobody wants to buy poorly made products

Fantastic Flyer!
I bought this kite last year for a beach trip that was canceled due to the pandemic. We finally made it to the beach this year, and I had my chance! I was NOT disappointed! The kite flew great in a steady wind. I was able to get it pretty high in the air, and could have gone higher, but there was a storm coming, so I only put it up about a hundred feet or so. I do recommend getting a good quality spool of kite string separately. The string that comes with the kite has to be knotted on, and it isn't very long. Overall, I highly recommend this kite!

It wants to fly!
Took it to Seaside Oregon and spent perhaps fifteen minutes assembling it. There are six two-section rods that stick into a "Tinker Toy" type wheel and plastic caps on the fabric. Once that step was finished, I tied the enclosed reel of string to strings coming from the middle and one edge and it was ready to fly. With the breeze off the ocean, the kite just about flew by itself. There was no running to get it into the air; the breeze caught it right away and it was just a matter of reeling out more string. Fun time was had by all!

Poorly constructed with inadequate instruction for flying.
Struts for kite were too big for the holes. Sanded the ends down to fit. But the weather string seems to be incorrect!! The loop for the string was much longer to the hub than to the wing and it presented itself to the wind sideways and started wildly spiralling into the ground. Which would probably break the spars if it hit. Haven't tried adjusting that. Nothing in the instruction show how it is supposed to be connected to the string. Winds were around 10-12 - supposably this kite flys well in strong winds. I doubt I would recommend it.
