Winco 1/3 Size Pan 6" Depth (NSF)

Like many other reviewers I'm using this as a tray in a Pelican cooler. I like the depth of this one because it is the perfect size for those packages of pre-sliced cheese, meat etc. It is also deep enough to fit some condiment bottles and fits items packed in gallon ziplock bags or you can stack quite few sandwiches in there without worry of them getting crushed. When used as a tray it keeps everything up top and out of the water giving you easy sammich access and allowing your beverages to stay frosty cold! Its not quite as heavy duty as some of the other pans I've handled over the years (and I considered knocking off a star because of this) but it is more than adequate for my use as a cooler tray and I doubt it will ever need to be replaced so I left it at 5. It is also listed as standard weight. The fit is perfect in my Pelican 45 and it is indeed 1/3 size (you could fit 3 in the 45 qt). Another reviewer mentioned using a shallower 1/2 pan in the 45 cooler, which I'm sure works fine but as I mentioned I like the size of this for ziplocks and pre sliced cold cuts.

Great for carrying in meat that's been grilled

These are perfect for holding hot ingredients while preparing dinner. They fit the other Winco plastic bins as well and stack very easily.

The product is good, but do not necessarily trust when seller offers a thicker more robust version for a higher price. I paid extra for the thicker version, but got the thinner version anyway. I know because I already had several thicker heavier duty versions of this product, and wanted to buy more since they were being offered for sale. Could have been a pulling & packing error when fulfilling the order, but could also be deliberate deception to increase profit margins, not sure which. The lighter weight version is by no means flimsy, but when you pay for heavier duty you expect to get it. Mine arrived undented as is an occasional complaint in the customer reviews. However, It is very frustrating, annoying, & disappointing to take the extra time to find a seller offering the thicker version, pay more per piece, then get the thinner version anyway. But I need to use them often so now I cannot return them easily. These stainless containers clean up easily, and can be used for many things, from barbecue pans to hold the cooked hotdogs, hamburgers, chicken, kabobs, etc, or for cooking & serving casseroles.

I use this pan as a water tray for my offset horizon smoker and it works great to add humidity and act as a thermal barrier. I've completed about a dozen cooks before posting this review to ensure it holds up to being right next to a fire box and I have zero complaints.

These were perfect for my chaffing dishes. They were the perfect fit. I loved the price and availability.
