Perfect. Needed to replace a cheap crappy one i had for 5 years.This is better than i anticipated. Nice quality and i love the adjustable handle and the color coated guards. Makes it a breeze to figure out what guard i need instead of fumbling around.

Exactly what I hoped for great trimmers.

I’ve now been using this product for just under a year, However, I really have nothing bad to say about it. The only thing that I would say in regards to anything, Is that the coating and or paint that was put on the charging dock for the trimmer Is starting to peel up, However, I have never once charged the item and I use it probably once every 2 to 3 weeks, And the battery is still at 43%.The blades have never pinched or cut my skin, the durability of the product is fantastic, i have brought it everywhere with me, whether i travel or stay home. The product has been dropped countless times and still works like new. It has always been relatively easy to clean and the blades are still sharp to this day.I go through phases with my beard, in the summer I like it short but long enough to hide my chin, and during the winter I prefer it to be long almost like a loggers beard and this product has everything included with the 69$ kit to maintain it as well as give a clean trim and shave. I don’t typically use the shortest setting as the hair gets cut flush with my skin and I’m not a big fan of this as my beard likes to curl into my skin, however it has everything you would need to start out with and would work for something long term. I would say this product is very much worth it. When I do use the product, after I finish, I run it under hot water while powered on to clean it out, and after which I use a fragrance free beard oil and beard wax.The beard oil can be a generic type, but I prefer the Viking revolution beard wax.Overall I have nothing bad to say about this product, it’s high quality and the blades are sharp as can be, whether your a high schooler trying to grow out your beard, a college student wanting to experiment, or the average working man trying to maintain a clean beard, this product is wonderful and provides everything you’d need mechanically.

The Beard Club Body Trimmer BT-Zero simply oozes quality from its packaging to its design. The trimmer arrives inside a really nice presentation box that has two plastic shelves inside. The top shelf contains the trimmer with its wide blade attached and three guards (2, 4, and 6 mm). The bottom shelf contains the smaller precision blade attachment with 2mm guard attached, power block, charging stand, a long USB-A to two-pronged charging cable, and cleaning brush and small bottle of blade oil. Everything you need to get started.The enclosed instructions are clear and easy to follow, along with nice graphics. There is a slender white line encircling the trimmer just below the shaving head that lights while the trimmer is charging or operating. Just below The Beard Club logo is an on/off button. The charging port is at the bottom of the trimmer so it can be plugged in vertically on its charging stand, or plugged directly into the power block.The trimmer is approximately 6" in length and fits very nicely in the palm of the hand. It is solid and has a great feel to it. Add to that, the entire unit is waterproof and can be used in the shower and rinsed off when you're done. Note that it should be dried off completely after use and the blades re-oiled to prevent rusting or sticking. A magnet holds the shaving head in place. To remove, simply pull the head straight off so you can either clean underneath or install the precision shaving head. Once you engage the new shaving head, the magnet holds it firmly in place without slipping.To test things out, I used the wide trimmer to trim my beard. After charging the unit, I oiled the blade as directed. Using one of the guards over the wide blade, the trimmer did a nice job of trimming without pulling my skin or hair and without nicks. After less than five minutes of shaving, I turned the trimmer off to clean the hairs from the blade then tried to turn it back on. Nothing. No white light to show it was on, no motor humming. I changed shaving heads and again nothing. I tried to plug the trimmer into the charger and got no response at all. I returned the trimmer to Amazon in exchange for a replacement unit.Fortunately, I had much better luck with the replacement trimmer. After charging in its stand overnight and oiling the blade, I was able to use both the wide blade and precision blade to trim my beard and other body hair. The trimmer worked fine and is surprisingly quiet during operation. It shaves smoothly.There is a 30-day money back guarantee posted on The Beard Club website. At its price, I would have expected a more typical one year warranty. Other than that, it would make a very nice gift for someone or for yourself. I recommend this trimmer and award it 4 stars, removing one star for the quality control issue with the first trimmer.
