Love this tent
I love this tent. We've now had it over a year, and it's still surviving our Florida coast lifestyle. I can't believe how much I've spent for other tents that where way more than this one, were exhausting to haul and set up, required at least 2 able body adults, and rusted from salt air. The things I love about this one: 1. Light (I'm disabled and can handle it) 2. Easy tear down and pack up. Fits back in the bag with easy. (That seems to be a big issue with things that should be able to fit back into the bag to port around) 3. The spf ability. (I set under an old tent I had, in shade all the time, and got a terrible burn) This one I don't. 4. My kids and I can set it up. (As I mentioned in disabled and, as a mom, I don't always have another adult to help) 5. As long as you know how the set up works, it's fast and easy! No breaking into a sweat. 6. Doesn't take up much storage space. I can keep this in my small trunk and still pack in groceries for the family. And it's so handy to have with you. What I don't like: I waited so long to get it! Lol

Amazing Canopy!
This is a really high quality canopy. I had doubts about how to set it up. The trick is to establish the canopy by putting sand in the bags so that they are steady and in place. After that it become super easy to assemble. This is such a wide and unique looking canopy. Really makes beach trip easy and worth while especially in extremely sunny days since the shade it gives is really nice.

Bring your own shovel
This tent was awesome the SECOND time we put it up. The first attempt blew over because we didn’t stretch It far enough. This is what we learned in the process. 1. The little shovels don’t work well. The one I used was flimsy and twisted so much that it hurt my hand. BRING A REAL SHOVEL! 2. Lay the tent out completely flat on the sand. The wind can make this difficult but once completely flat, it stays down. Stretch one of the legs out and mark the sand where you will dig. Dig the hole deep. Completely fill the first bag. Drop it in the hole. Make sure it is below the surface of the sand. Cover it with more sand. 3. Go to the opposing leg and stretch it as far as you can. Don’t be afraid to really stretch it. Mark where the hole will go, dig deep and fill. Repeat this process for the two legs at right angles to the first legs 4. Dig and fill the second legs of each pair. The tent should now be stretched evenly and tightly. 5. Set up the poles one at a time. It may seem very, very tight but that’s good. Be sure the sections on each pole are vertical. If you follow these instructions, the tent will last all day and withstand heavy winds. It is a good tent. People stopped to ask us about it! It washed and dried well once we got it home. Fit in the bag easily. I would recommend it to others.

Arrived Broken - Couldn’t Properly Assemble
2 of 4 poles arrived chipped or damaged in a way they wouldn’t completely go together without brute force. Somewhat easy to put together but pretty flimsy if there is any sort of wind. Wouldn’t stay standing up in anything over 7-10 mph. Would not recommend.

Easy but tricky to set up right stood up to high wind
Used it once so far. Easy to assemble but takes a while to get right. Tent stayed up ( after several adjustments) even though got very windy. Notice in video all the umbrellas are folded diwn because they all flipped over or flew away. The shell shaped covers remained. But this gives much more coverage. I will stretch body out further on set up next time. I found it helpful to angle pole tops away at each corner.... That was best way for it to stay up once very windy. Don't know what another review said about scoops ... They work fine..sturdy . Legs fill easily but being 8 of them takes a little time. Worth it though.

Some good some not so good
I have had three years. Used for a week each summer. The poles are already broken. They have a flat bottom so they do not push into the sand easily. The flaps seem too short to reach the ground. I will research more before I buy again.

Perfect tent for the whole family. Compact and easy to put up
It provides enough shade for my family of 5, including 4 camping chairs, one table, and one beach blanket for the kids. The wind was 5-6mph that day and the tent held unlike the small tent we used to have. It conveniently comes with 3 small shovels to put sand into the bags. Very lightweight and compact as well. We were able to assemble it within 7-10 minutes, same with breakdown.Highly recommend.

Life Changing Beach Canopy!
I use to haul down a large heavy steel popup, separate side shades, and wooden sand anchors. It usually took two trips, struggled over dune climbs, and in the end had so so sun protection. This feather weight durable material, place anywhere poles and sand anchor pockets make transport & set up super easy. Best of all, the place anywhere poles can be shifted throughout the day with the sun keeping everyone happy.
