Excellent Value for a Versatile Set of Test Cards!
Very pleased with the purchase. Would like instructions, but received great answers when I requested user inputs on Amazon. I set up the three cards in my basement arranging them in a diagonal to get a 33 x 24.75" test, which is exactly the 4:3 aspect ratio of my sensor. This is more demanding than simply taking an image of a single card and works very well for wide angle lenses. I use the test set up to find the sweet spot of my new and legacy manual focus lenses. By changing the ISO and the aperture, I can also see where performance drops off, compare lenses and cameras, examine depth-of-field, check AF accuracy (and my manual focus ability), color balance, etc. I compare results with known combinations of newer lenses and cameras tested by www.dxomark.com and get a feel for the how combinations (such as my legacy lenses) not tested by dxomark stack up against my cameras and lenses that are in the extensive dxomark database.

Not a high quality print job suitable for lens testing
These charts can be used to test some lens characteristics, such as distortion, but the the colors are not from a quality machine, with even the black and white having some yellow bleeding in the fine details that would make it difficult to test color fringing. You probably could just print this chart off a home photo printer and get a similar result, sadly. Now I understand why the professional charts cost so much money.

Sturdy and easy to use
Well conceived and made. Sturdy and easy to use. The figures and printings are uniformly excellent. A highly useful tool which I can recommend unconditionally. The price is reasonable too. My only reservation is that, in my humble opinion, the product is a bit small and would serve more effectively if it were larger.YES I WOULD RECOMMEND this product to friends and family members.

Good quality chart.
Nice clear printing.

low resolution
Many lenses can out resolve this low quality print. colors are not accurate and inconsistent. It appears to have been printed with a low quality home printer, with generic replacement ink.

Nice inexpensive non-professional target
On first look I thought they were printed using a high quality inkjet, but this is not the case. These targets are not color calibrate, and using 3 color offset printing. Also the background is not neutral grey. The paper thickness is ok, they don't bend too easily.I like them for just being a nice test target to compare how different lenses that I have, renders them. Also in post processing I can see how accurate the exposures are for different f-stops.Not a bad value for just eyeballing your setup. But that is all they are good for.The rating I gave is for the value not for their accuracy. Not sure why there is a colour balance rating, would be zero really.
