Missing Hardware
Like some of the other reviews the hitch is quality.. The welds look good and it fits perfectly on my G500.. However, I'm missing the flat washers as well as the metric bolts.. bummer.

Take the bumper off!
I had read in some forums that you can easily install this hitch without taking the rear bumper off, and after 4 hours on the ground trying to thread bolts.. Yeah, just take the bumper off. (Maybe its just the size of my manly hands) A couple of bloody knuckles, and about 10 minutes of installation time once the bumper was off, and VOILA! I towed a 3000 pound trailer, and the hitch didnt fall off and kill me going down the road. Id just call that an added bonus.
