KALM with Kava Loa Waka Micronized Kava (8 oz.)

The powdered kava is very easy to prepare, I just stir a tablespoon into 12-16 oz. of another beverage, either a fruit juice or a flavored water (I add a little simple syrup if the drink isn't sweetened, which cuts the bitterness a lot). It takes a bit of stirring to get the powder in suspension, and I usually keep a chopstick on hand to re-stir it as it settles.The flavor is slightly bitter and numbing, which is normal, and the effects for me are a light body buzz and a wave of relaxation, sort of like having a big sigh. I've found that 2 or 3 servings is good for an evening, but you need drink it on a fairly empty stomach. It's a nice alternative to wine or cocktails, and I'm definitely going to be ordering more. Next time I'll try some of the traditional kava to see how I like it when it's traditionally brewed.

Great kava if you need micro, just don't use too often

100% buying more, doesn't taste as bad as people make it seem just drink it quick. But it kicked in, in like 10 minutes, took on empty stomach. Feeling kinda wavy, good vibes, this may actually be the alc replacement I needed.

It's pretty disgusting. In the information about it ,it said that the micronized powder could be mixed with your favorite drink. There wouldn't be a strong taste. I followed the instructions and mixed one teaspoon in my 8 Oz drink. I mixed ,then shook it many times. It would not mix. Brown sludge stayed on the bottom. I put it in lemonade. It tasted like dirt! I also tried mixing it with cranberry and same thing. Plus it gave me no affect at all. It's expensive and the description is very misleading. I'm so sorry I wasted my money.

Tried it, gave a buzz for like 20 minutes and that was it. Plus it’s disgusting. I tried to return it and I can’t.

Have been buying kalm with kava products for a few months now. They are effective and always great quality. If you don’t want to strain it at all, definitely jump over to their website and buy the instant.

Gives solid body buzz and nearly drunk feeling. Overall this is the most potent and best kava money can buy !

This product works well, consistently. At 3 tablespoons I have a nice effect from it. I did 3 in the morning one time and then did 4 during my first lunch break and it knocked me on my butt. Way too off balance and out of focus to work.. so, be wary.
