Tough, well made and works
I used this with my son when required, mostly on very steep hills when he needs a bit of a help. It's well made and works well. I use it on the saddle stem andy only cirtisism is that it can move a bit more from side to side than I would like.

Only small and light but very strong for what it’s for. Securing strap never slipped and the pull line works well.

Amazing bike aid
Amazing product that gets little one out and about riding much easier. We use it to aid our little one getting up mountain bike trails. Brilliant and quick system to use.

Fab for kids (and wife)
Use this for dragging my 8 yr old up some of the climbs on Red graded MTB routes. My 8 yr old has also used it to pull along our 3 yr old round the parks. More I use it, the more I love it.

Great product. Absolutely our favourite...
Amazing product. This is our third from this brand. We switched from the standard version to this pro version due to its superior ease of use and durability. I recommend buying an extra cable replacement kit. In our case, after covering a distance of around 1000km and an elevation of 30000m pulling full weight enduro bikes, the cable started developing a cut.

Strap broke immediately
Unboxed and threaded strap through holes and spring fell out of clamp/jaws, didn't even get it on the bike!!!!

Mega! Meine Kinder (und meine Frau 😅) lieben es. Egal ob bei längeren Ausfahrten oder knackigen Anstiegen – mit dem TRAX-System krieg ich meine Familie motiviert und bei Laune. Zugegeben: Beim Auspacken war ich erst skeptisch – wirkt auf den ersten Blick nicht so robust. Aber nach mehrmaligem Einsatz bin ich voll überzeugt: stabil, einfach zu montieren, und funktioniert einwandfrei. Kinder und Erwachsene problemlos gezogen – absolut praktisch! 👉 Klare Empfehlung für Familien, die gemeinsam aufs Rad wollen, ohne dass jemand auf der Strecke bleibt.

But the mounting system is useless I've had to use cable ties insted. Not sure how long the spring will last as it's not very smooth anyway ok for a budget product I guess.

I am shocked by how well this works to tow my 6 year old! Feels super strong and steady and secure. I saw reviews saying the strap broke and mentioned plastic parts. Wondering if I got a newer version because the strap that holds it on is webbing with a sturdy-seeming metal catch. But even if that broke I'd still be able to attach it with zip ties. Really pleased.
