Poorly made
This coat hook could be so cute if it was assembled properly. It is two halves welded together, but the haves did not line up. It feels sturdy, but looks really bad. Notice in the last picture, you can see the floor through the giraffe's head.EDIT: I contacted the seller, who instructed me to talk with Amazon fulfillment. They promptly sent a perfect replacement with no hassle! I was highly impressed, kudos Amazon! The hook is sturdy, whimsical and sophisticated simultaneously and rustic. Perfect for a kids coat rack I'm making without making my main entryway look too kiddish.

Great deal and cute item. Quality construction. No screws included, so silver and then go over with Sharpie works fine.

Iron Giraffe Towel Hook
Very cute; sturdy; holds 2 towels (beach towel size & weight easily). Installation requires you to find screws & anchors to install. Expecting a complete package - supplier to include screws & anchors but not so. Requires you to go buy your own before installing. For the price they really should have been there. Otherwise I would have rated a 5 overall & higher on the installation
