Over the years I’ve had a timer to light up our flag at night. None of the three I had were worth it. Now we went with the Dewenwils timer. Wow, what a chain with this new timer. We found it was so easy to use and reliable every time to work as it should. What a joy to be free of the junk from the last. We believe we found one of the best timers we ever purchased, but we would not be hesitant in ordering this timer again. There is not any disappointment either wth this Dewenwils product and “highly” recommend it above all others on the market. No regrets!! Thanks!

Worked very well in snow and rain. Remote worked flawlessly from inside the house.

Not a quality product - It worked very well, and I was happy - until it stopped working. Didn't have more than 3 hrs run time. I have reached out to the manufacturer - no reply yet. If they replace it and it performs as it should, I will redo the review. Until then it is just a bad > update - after contacting the company, and a few follow up questions, I was promptly sent a replacement. Additionally, they offered a full refund. Although the original stopped working, I must regrade the purchase.

This is a good product. It's simple to use and gives a lot of flexibility. Using the remote it can be made to turn on and off manually, or it can sense darkness and turn on. If you don't want the lights on all night, you can select the number of hours it will stay on after nightfall. Except for manual operation, it will remember your selection and repeat it the next day. My only complaint was a manufacturing fault in the remote. When powered up the remote insisted on turning on the outlet. I found the ON button was jammed on. I disassembled the remote and saw that the plastic frame that held all the buttons had not been pressed all the way onto its mounting peg. Once pressed on and reassembled, it worked fine.

This timer is excellent. The remote has a great range and doesn't even require line of sight to work.

This outdoor timer works great I used it for Christmas lights. I did not have any issues with rain while using the timer. I did mount it two feet from the ground as the product instructed using a plant hook. I utilized the timer with two extension cords and was able to light 4 small trees and one large tree. Every evening the timer automatically went on at dusk and off 4 hours later. The timer has four different options 2,4,6 and 8 hours. It was so convenient to not have to go outside and plug the lights in and unplug them each evening.

Works well and is weatherproof.

I works as advertised. Has settings for on/ off along with timers to turn on after dusk and turn off 4/6 hrs etc after that. It also comes with a remote to operate it without going out. The main problem I am having is with the size of the power chord and the requirement for the sensor/ remote to operate properly outdoors is to have other 2 ft above the ground. If your power outlets outside are like mine, it will be hard to have it fixed above 2 ft without using an extender.
