Is this labeled gluten free? I rarely trust products that dont specifically mention it. High risk of cross contamination in most things.

It is not labeled as gluten free. However, I have been using it to make my own gluten few flour mix for several years as I am a celiac patient. I’ve not had any problems with it in my cooking.

is this made from short grain rice?

If you see glutinous rice flour, it’s always from glutinous short rice ..

Does this have sugar already in it?

No there is no sugar added, just plain glutinous rice flour.

For coating pork do I use sweet or not sweet glutinous rice flour?

Depending on if you want to season the flour yourself or not but personally, I would use plain, not sweet.
