What I like about this is it’s made with fish collagen so it’s probably healthier for you than the bovine options. It’s very low calorie. Only 8 cal.It does have the flavor of blueberry, but once I put it in my cappuccino and you can’t really taste the blueberry. Wish it was unflavored. I've just started taking it so too early to tell if it works but the only thing I'm not a fan off is the taste. Its had a blueberry taste so I cant really add to my coffee with having a strange taste. Dissolves easy and a good value for money
