I needed to replace the NRV for my security cameras (and not spend a lot of money) and this works perfectly.I'm not using the keyboard and mouse and would have preferred an option to just get the computer and power cord.It cannot be upgraded to Windows 11, not a big issue for me as the NVR software works on Windows 10, but would be a consideration for anyone who is going to use it as their computer.

So far people here say it will allow window 11 for download whether free or paid, yet mine won't let me apparently and I haven't found the reason why mine doesn't qualify for the download, anyways a bit of disappointment i will continue to research till I get answers, besides all that it has worked amazing so far for the week I've had it, anything happens I'll update as I go.

I purchased this computer recently and had to exchange it for another one because a large white box kept loading and covering half the screen. When I got the second computer, it had the same problem. I didn't install any software and even tried installing Windows multiple times and the problem remains. I called Dell support and they informed me that the computer was registered to our Federal Government and that I had to fill out paperwork to have the government sign off on it and say that they had sold the computer as it was a security issue. This could take possibly 2 weeks. I called Amazon back and they wouldn't allow me to exchange the computer for another one for a second time and would only issue me a refund which she said could take 2-3 weeks to appear on my card. This process has been very frustrating not only dealing with the computer issues and exchanges, but I could hardly hear Amazon's customer support person, as she sounded very muffled, there was a lot of other people talking in the background, and she had a heavy accent. It's a shame, as I purchased this same computer several months ago and I love it. That's why I wanted to purchase another one. What a shame.

I haven't even hooked up the pc yet but just be aware. If youre using an older monitor, there's no place to plug the vga cable. You need an hdmi to vga adapter which is another 50 bucks. Probably could get one on Amazon cheaper but needed it ASAP and had to buy at a big box store.

The delivery was quick and the computer was so easy to set up. There weren't any unwanted programs installed, which I appreciated. There was no noise whatsoever on startup, the wifi connected effortlessly and the speed with which it loads beats my newer computer. It came with a wireless keyboard and mouse but I used what I had on the computer this replaced. It looks like a brand new computer and I am very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased this around the first of the year and use it daily. I've had zero issues, and while I'm fully acquainted with the Win 10 software it comes loaded with, all that ram ramps up the speed enormously It's a good buy!
