This stuff is awesome!
I don’t know why people have a problem with taking the lid off. I pried off the two clips and used a flathead screwdriver to pry off the lid just like any other paint can. It’s important to mix this paint thoroughly because it separates into liquid and grit. I mixed it for almost 2 minutes and made sure to use in warm temperatures (65 degrees in sunlight) after sanding and cleaning the surface. It takes awhile to dry so leave plenty of time for that. And yes, it smells awful.I used this on the rock rails on my Jeep. I had been wanting to put a rough liner on them and the spray on version wasn’t cutting it. THIS IS THE STUFF! It was so easy to roll on or brush on. It looks great. I wish it was more matte or flat rather than shiny. I’m hoping it will fade in time but it’s super easy to work with and looks great.

Hurculiner compared to Rhino Liner
If you're looking at this product it's because it's a heck of a lot cheaper and DIY compared to Rhino Liner. I have used Rhino Liner in both work trucks and show trucks and Hurculiner in work trucks.Rhino Liner is thicker, a bit softer and more consistent in textureHerculiner is thinner, the texture is not as consistent and it's harder.I would not use it in your show truck or brand new $60K rig, you will not be happy with the inconsistent texture compared to Rhino Liner and Rhino cannot shoot over it if try Hurculiner and change your mind after seeing the finish. But for a work truck, it's the way to go. It's a fraction of the cost. You're going to scuff the heck out of it the first time you toss concrete or other heavy items in the back so who cares about the finish look. It'll protect the bed from scratches and rust (Not dents, but Rhino can't do that either). It does a good job of keeping things from sliding and if you really abuse it and tear it ups, just buy a quart and touch it up. Try touching up a Rhino Liner if it tears.

Excellent
I tried the spray cans and they aren't that great but the roll on liner is absolutely amazing. Some of the other amateur reviewers don't know how to apply it properly so don't let them discourage you just follow the instructions or watch some youtube videos for application and equipment. It works great and has great texture. I am very happy with the roll on liner.

Worked OK
I used the bed liner to seal the inside of a wood planter box, it adhered well to the wood. The finish wasn't the greatest. I don't know that I would use it for a truck bed, but worked well for what I needed it to do.

The best option for repairs, touch ups and full or partial application, like a worn tail gate lip!
This most closely resembles commercial spray in bed liners. My tail gate was badly worn through. With basic prep and cleaning, this roll-on was the easiest and best matching for texture and durability. Don't use the aerosol can for true application. That is only good to spiffy up the inside of the bed and seal all the inside corners.

Rock protection
Had Rock guards on our SideXSide that were well worn...still very functional but looked awful. Decided to try Herculiner. Rolled on easily with the suggested roller...pretty thin so messy to roll but pleased with the results. Took a full 24 hours to dry. Time will tell if it holds up to our Arizona rocks.

Highly recommend
A little bit goes a long way, excellent product, it does exactly as advertised. Follow directions and it will do the rest.

Worked as expected
I want sure what to expect after seeing some reviews of this product talking about it not working, not having the texture they were looking for. As for me I have purchased this product twice and it has been as expected, plenty of texture and not difficult to apply. Very happy with my purchase.
