Hand Pump, Siphon Fuel Transfer Pump, 2.1m Hand Transfer Fuel Pump with 8mm Fuel Line Hose for Gasoline/Fuel/Liquid/Water Transfer Pump (1.3m+0.8m)

I've used it for extracting a small amount of water from the central heating system to allow me to administer a dose of fernox. Shut both valves to a towel radiator whipped one of the caps off the top of the radiator and pumped out about half a liter in about a minute. So much easier then trying to crack one of the connections and capture the leaking water! Today my electric oil pump died part. way through a car oil change. This came to the rescue, finishing the job and allowing me to get the car back on the road. I wouldn't choose to use it for an oil change but it got me out of a tight spot!

Stopped working the second time I used it.

I thought the pump helps to start the flow and after that it will let the water run through but turns out it has to be manually pumped for it to work. If you need this for a bigger job be aware that you have to stand there and manually pump it.

Ideal gadget for sucking pre-mixed 100:1 petrol & oil mixture from my carrying tank into the top tank of my small 2 stroke outboard. Prior to this, when I'd run out or low on fuel, I'd had to balance with a funnel at the end of the boat. Not very safe. This gadget makes topping up so much easier, safer and cleaner (no spillage).

Very weak performance

Pipes a little flimsy but connected to my fuel line after warming up a little but did the job as required .
