Bought this for bone health, but after having blood work done twice, I believe it has lowered my cholesterol. I have tried to eliminate other possible causes for the reduction, but I suspect I was either low in zinc or copper (which I have read do compete with each other). Read about Superoxide Dismutase-- a deficiency can contribute to high cholesterol and bone loss. Of course, that MAY have worked because I was deficient in zinc or copper or it could be for another reason altogether that I have not been smart enough to figure out. Everyone is different and you may not find any benefit to this supplement-- and it may be too much for daily use, depending on your diet. I doubt that it has improved my bone density, though it is possible that my calcium supplementation was interfering with zinc absorption (my bone formula has both calcium and zinc). I take this several times a week between lunch and dinner with a small snack and have not experienced any stomach upset. Note that some water filters will filter out zinc and copper (and newer construction does not have any copper pipes anymore). In addition, most multiple supplements have very low amounts of copper in relationship to zinc.

Due to my health condition I have a rare disorder called Takayasu what it does is it shrinks all of your your veins and your arteries and stuff where you get your oxygen and with this apparently it was opening them up too quickly and put me in the hospital you must be careful if you got health problems

Solía ser muy bueno, pero algo ha cambiado en su fórmula y ahora siento náuseas cada vez que lo tomo. A mi hijo le pasó lo mismo. Dolor de cabeza y náuseas. Tal vez necesite tomar alimentos con él, pero he tomado este suplemento durante muchos meses antes y nunca he tenido problemas hasta ahora.
