I was able to use this straight away, as it came fully charged. The battery lasted 18 days before it ran out and there is an indicator on the LED screen to let you know how much power is left. I didn't read the manual and hit the ground running. It is easy to use, but you may wish to read the manual to keep up to speed on the settings and effects. It is quick to charge (1 hour approx. to fully charge) and although it does not come with a charger, it does come with a port so can be charged using a USB/Android charger. I used this for a month whilst fasting intermittently and did notice the difference. However, that is thanks to the muscle memory. I was noticeably toned, firm and shapely by the end of 5 weeks and I'm hoping I will achieve my target look within a few months and I'm currently on program 8. I like to chop and change so my muscles don't adapt to the intensity. Keeping each program fresh. The programs are intense, so do build yourself up, it can be painful but tolerable. No pain, no gain. Now, don't expect miracles or to achieve six or eight packs as per the ad. This is a great supplement for people who have already built that physique and the models featured have already developed that muscle and tone to create a chiseled stomach. If you are only just starting out on your fitness journey, you will need to complement the belt with other exercise and a good diet. Best worn before meals, however I have worn it an hour after. In terms of size and fit, it is adjustable and comes with velcro placed on either side of the belt. Please read the spec and measure your waist and hips. This is not suitable for the clinically obese. The stand out feature with this belt is that you don't need gel or gel pads either from the offset or later; dry pads are built in and comes with an empty spray bottle, fill with tap water and spray the pads and your body. A little goes a long way, so really good value for money and minus the faff and added cost of replenishing. Simples! There is a slight stickiness when you remove the belt, but this is to be expected given the moisture from the water. I will update a few months down the line.

Great product, does exactly what it says without all the replaceable and messy gel pads. I bought a cheap one before this, don’t waste your money on them, this is the real deal. I am the standard beer bellied 45 year old, and I am starting to see slight definition by using this belt alongside my diet. Battery lasts ages too, I’m getting 10 uses before having to charge. The belt is very long too, 120cm, so longer than all the alternatives.

Great belt, along with my diet and exercise the belt worked. I wore it on the first setting for one month at 25 minutes each day then moved to the second setting at 25 minutes a day and lost 4 inches off my waist in 8 weeks so the combination of diet, exercise and the belt is working well, I'm happy with it 😊

This is extremely good and works very well. I'm seeing results after just a week of using it 30 mins a day. A lot better than many others I have used in the past. Super pleaded, easy to use and actually does what it says. Fantastic purchase.

I don’t know how this product has so many good reviews, my experience was the complete opposite. I’ve used EMS machines before, and this one is by far the worst. No matter how high I set the intensity, I barely felt anything. There was none of the muscle tension I’ve felt with other brands.

Only just started using the belt but so far I am very pleased. Good quality and easy to use plus good fit for ladies.

Je viens de faire l’acquisition de cette ceinture de renforcement abdominale Absolute de chez TESMED+. Si vous hésitez avec d’autres ceintures, laissez moi vous confirmer que celle-ci est tout simplement FIABLE ! Mais avant tout, si vous êtes novice et non sportif comme moi et que vous souhaitez vous lancer dans l’électrostimulation laissez moi vous donner quelques conseils pour y arriver. Cela fait maintenant plus de 3 semaines que j’utilise cette ceinture et les premiers effets (légers) commencent à se voir. Attention pour que les effets soient visibles, il vous faudra être assidu et sérieux sur quelques points pour que ça fonctionne et notamment sur : - 🥗🥩Votre hygiène alimentaire en mangeant des légumes et des protéines ou des plats équilibrés en petites quantités. - 💧Hydratez-vous en buvant de l’eau afin de drainer et éliminer les toxines. - 💪🏻 Pratiquer un peu de sport et/ou de renforcements musculaires pour tonifier et rafermir les muscles. ❗️Si vous comptez rester dans votre canapé à grignoter, boire du coca et à ne pas bouger, la ceinture ne vous sera d’aucune utilité ! Voici ce que j’ai pu retenir de cette ceinture. 📦 le Packaging Dans ce carton, vous y retrouverez la ceinture, un manuel d’instruction en 7 langues ainsi qu’un petit câble de rechargement de la batterie. (attention le chargeur n’est pas fourni !). 📟 La ceinture Elle aborde plusieurs points positifs que d’autres ceintures sur le marché n’ont pas. - Celle-ci est légère et de bonne qualité, elle n’est pas en élasthane comme on pourrait le croire mais en synthétique et en mousse. Je n’ai constaté aucunes démangeaisons, picotements ou allergies à la matière, ni de mauvaises coutures ou malfaçons. - Elle est esthétique aussi bien par sa forme, par sa couleur, et se dissimule parfaitement sous un T-shirt sans qu’elle soit visible. - Les scratch en velcros s’agrippent sans difficulté sur elle même autour de la taille. Pour moi ils sont de bonne qualité. Petits bémol, dommage que les scratch ne soient pas plus large. - Mais le gros point positif qui m’a attiré vers cette ceinture est le fait qu’il n’y ait pas besoin de remplacer les électrodes ! Elles sont intégrées à la ceinture et pas besoin non plus de mettre de gel, seule l’humidification sur votre torse et sur les électrodes suffisent ! (mais si vous préférez le gel à l’eau vous pouvez). 📳 Le programme d’entraînement - 15 modes d’entrainements que composent cette ceinture. J’ai beaucoup apprécié le programme indicatif que propose le manuel d’instruction qui est selon moi assez détaillé et imagé. On retrouve comme sur tous les appareils la possibilité de choisir le mode et l’intensité des vibrations générales ou seulement en augmentant ou réduisant que d’un côté des éléctrodes. A partir de l’intensité 30 on sent que ça travaille déjà bien ! - Le courant électrique qui circule dans les électrodes vers les abdos donne une sensation plutôt agréable. Selon les programmes, on ressent des chatouilles et d’autres des picotements. Il est possible qu’après l’entraînement des rougeurs apparaissent sur votre torse qui s’estomperont une vingtaine de minutes après. - La durée de déchargement de la batterie est assez longue. À fréquence de 1 utilisation par jour, il a fallu que je la recharge une fois dans la semaine… et encore. Quant au temps de recharge complète, comptez-y 1h. 📊 Conclusion : ✅ La ceinture d’électrostimulation absolute de chez TESMED+ est une bonne ceinture offrant qualité et résultats attendus si on est assidu sur son hygiène de vie. Il ne faut pas en abuser, 1 séance par jour suffit afin que les muscles se reposent. L’utilisation est simple et sa mise en place est simple et rapide. Très peu d’entretien et se recharge rapidement. ❌ Point à améliorer : Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de bouton « pause » sur le boitier au cas où il faudrait arrêter pour une diverse raison avant une reprise de séance. 👍🏻 Je recommande sans problème !

I have an old injury in my abdomen that makes the normal manual abdominal toning exercises wrong for me. I have owned 3 different electronic abdominal belts over time, and this Absolute belt is far and away the best. First, it is wonderfully designed and engineered, and that means it is so great and easy and comfortable to use. It charges quickly. It has a bright and easy to read display facing you as you wear and use the Absolute. The control buttons on the front are organized so beautifully and simply. Choosing one of the 15 programs and levels of electronic stimulation is easy to do. You can actually personalize how you want the electronic stimulation used in those programs and the intensity levels. Second, it is so comfortable to wear and use. It is so convenient to only need water instead of messy gels on the contact media. The belt is wide and long so very comfortable to make it fit perfectly on different places on the abdomen. I basically fit the belt in 3 locations that feel best for me. I am thicker and thinner around those 3 places so having that easy length and fit is so appreciated. The directions to wet the media and your skin works beautifully to avoid those nasty little stings I have felt with other belts. I find you can easily raise or lower the electronic stimulation levels while wearing and using the belt. The fact that the programs are all timed at either 25 minutes or 30 minutes and then turn off is such a convenience - and using that duration works really well to exercise those abdominal muscles. Third, my results are so good. After only a short time using the Absolute I am seeing my tummy tighten and a little of my abdominal definition showing. It is a joy to look in the mirror for sure and see my belly firming, but I do this for health more than looks. So sitting down and feeling my lower abdomen holding itself in is fun. We all know how important our core abdominal muscles are to our back and lower back health and strength. So I see in the mirror and street reflections that I am standing straighter and walking more easily without even thinking about it. I really recommend this Absolute unit to all of you - us - who want the best electronic stimulation results at the easiest effort. This unit works. Fourth, customer service is amazing too. I love "voting" with how I spend my money. I love being able to purchase products made in the EU. One of the reasons is being able to actually deal with the company easily - and for me in English - because thy are local de facto. I had a minor issue with the charging port so emailed the info email at Tesmed - those folks asked for a few details to prove purchase - all easy and quick to provide - and literally within 2 hours of email communication Tesmed had shipped me a new unit with directions to send back the old unit. The new unit was delivered the next day - unbelievably wonderful service folks - I am so impressed - I love this company - and as I progress with the Absolute to my goals I will look at other Tesmed products to see if they can fit with my health goals. If you are working on abs please try the Absolute - I know you will love it.
