I’ve been very happy with this vitamin D supplement. It’s easy to take and doesn’t cause any nausea or stomach discomfort, which has been an issue for me with other brands. Excellent source of Vitamin D, it has the cofactors to make the vitamin D absorb and work well. The capsules are easy to swallow. There is no taste or smell. My whole family takes this and we plan on continuing to use this excellent product.

my 1st purchase was on January 2025 and I feel significant healthier than before regarding my knee pain and overall ...I used to get this "insufficient level" result of Vit D before I consumed this. Then after 4 months consuming Dr.Berg Vit D3 10000iu +K2 , I had my Vit D level checked again and the result showed "sufficient level" on May 2025. I'm happy that this supplement actually works. For maintenance I consume 5000iu now.
