Have been using about two weeks now and I’m so glad I got these-I was starting to have restless legs for the first time in my life and read up that this type of Vitamin D and Potassium should help. I noticed a decrease after about day 3-4, then much better by day 10 and will continue as needed to stave off that awful restless leg problem! This product is actually amazing. Around summer of 2024 I decided I needed to take control of my nutrition and vitamin intake, so I started with Vitamin D and a multi vitamin, and I had my D levels tested. They were in the toilet at like 30 ng/mL. I started with Amazon Basics 2000IU daily, but then switched to the dr Berg 10k IU about 6 months ago. My levels are now 79 ng/mL as of 1/20/26. This might also be TMI, but I always used to have IBS type issues and after the Vitamin D supplements and getting my levels back on track, I do not have bathroom issues anymore, like ever. Unless I eat something REALLY fatty or greasy. I think I am going to back off to a 3000 IU daily now just to maintain, and have my levels checked again next year.

Best vitamin D3+K2. It improves my daily mood and energy level. The capsules are small. They are easy to swallow and never get stuck on my tongue. I highly recommend this vitamin. I absolutely love it.

I like this combined vitamin very much. First, 10.000 IU vit D3 per capsule (I never take a capsule but drop the powder in water and drink) and then the additional K2 you need as well. I take it now every day and feel the difference already.

my 1st purchase was on January 2025 and I feel significant healthier than before regarding my knee pain and overall ...I used to get this "insufficient level" result of Vit D before I consumed this. Then after 4 months consuming Dr.Berg Vit D3 10000iu +K2 , I had my Vit D level checked again and the result showed "sufficient level" on May 2025. I'm happy that this supplement actually works. For maintenance I consume 5000iu now.
