I have been using this twice a day for one month , definitely my mood swings are much less noticible. My sleepiness is still here but I do feel more awake more days in the month, I feel I drink less coffee because I get more resting nights , Less waking up at night to use the bathroom Overall I will use another bottle and take note on how I feel
