The perfect multi
I really love this supplement. The fact that it’s giving me such a complete amount of vitamins minerals, and it’s from a whole foods source so It doesn’t hurt my stomach if I take it on an empty stomach. There is also no after taste! My only complaint is I just went to re-order it and it’s out of stock. I can see why! Can’t wait to purchase again.

Great multivitamin for the whole family
Love this product in our family supplements. I take the capsules directly and then for kids we mix some into home made grass-fed beef gelatin gummies. Flavored with organic cherry juice and some raw honey of course 😊🙌

Better then I thought they would be
Got these not really expecting much to come from taking them. Very surprised and happy with the outcome. Pros and only taking 2-3 of recommended 6: sleep deeper, less body aches, period cramps don't exist, period mood swings are less, overall mood more level, less anxiety Cons: can't get more than 3 down without them feeling stuck in my throat, have to eat when I take them or about an hour later I throw up, period while no cramps for 3 months has been heavier than ever before (which means nothing as I'm normally a bleeding light and 3-4 days max)

My hemoglobin perfect for the first time
In pregnancy I usually have my hemoglobin just a little under, after taking these supplements it is perfect. I don’t mind the taste at all. Great clean product
