Wow this makes mopping floors so easy! And it's great for the environment, because, unlike other systems, you're not disposing of wipes. Its mop head goes in the washing machine, and you start out with something like four of them. It's really easy to use. I love the way it squeezes all the water out, so you don't have wet rags or mops just lying about. My floors sparkle!

Very durable, well made. Can get extensions for it. Versatile. Like that you keep the clean side clean and the dirty side dirty! Very efficient wringing/scraping device. Takes a little muscle but better than hand wringing and a bucket of pine sol! Bought 8 heads for it but they seem pretty durable, well made as well.

We've tried all types of floor cleaners for hard floors, including Swiffer mops, pads, reusable pads, traditional mops, and even steam mops. All of them worked alright, but the underlying issue was left behind residue. Whether it was the substance being cleaned up, or the actual cleaner itself, the floors would never be entirely clean without hours of repeat mopping. The JoyMoop system solves that and is by far the most environmental friendly and effective. It comes with 8 reusable mop pads that hold up through multiple washings. There's a three-tongued latch on one side with solid velcroing that ensures the pads stay on well. The mop handle is made of metal and can be adjusted to the desired length. I use all of the extensions and have an almost 10 foot reach. We use significantly less cleaner because of the rinsing system. Messes can be cleaned up, rinsed off in the bucket, and the mop pad comes out clean, ready to go. I used to use between 8 to 10 disposable pads, or 3 to 4 reusable pads, to clean all of the floors in the house. Now I can use one pad, change out the water after each room, and it takes less time. Overall it is by far the best mopping system and I'll continue to use it. However, after 4 weeks of use, I can tell that the mop handle assembly is starting to wear down. The locking mechanism in the mop head swivel assembly, and the mop handle extensions are all starting to weaken. The mop handle isn't as strong and has a little bit of flex to it. The bucket mechanics and components still work well but there are a few times where it feels like they're starting to wear a little as well. But, I also use it 2 to 3 times a day consistently.

I have been on the search to find a wet/dry mop for our new hardwood floors and this works great. I like that it came with multiple pads so I can frequently change them out and wash them. Seems to be well Made. I do worry later down the road that the ringing out part will diminish over time and there are no replacement parts for that. Also the velcro on part of the mop has started to peel back in a very short amount of time but so far it hasn't hindered the use of it. Easily cleaned and has been great to use!

I love the mop but l need to replacement the mop head customer service give me half price but the purchase was canceled. Now I ordered the 3 time another bucket bundle.I still have a bucket and pads but I can’t used because don’t have the mop head

I was hoping this would be something I loved. Unfortunately, it was not. I think sometimes you just need to stick with the basics. Even when I mop with this, I don’t feel like the floor is getting clean. Just feels like I’m glazing the floor over. The wringer works but I don’t think it’s a very efficient system. The pole is light and feels weak.

This mop is amazing, I even took it to work to try it out & it excelled. The mop pad cleaned beautifully, it's so easy to use, I really hope it lasts forever, I love it so much.

Great mop. I purchased this as we are painting the interior of our home and I want to wash all the walls down with TSP first. This mop works brilliantly for that purpose. Pay attention to the handle size and number of replacement pads when you order. I got the 60 inch handle with 8 pads. It was a lot less expensive to get the longer handle right off the bat and you can always remove sections if you want a shorter handle.

Exelente: fácil, ligero, recoge muy bien pelo mascotas, limpia el piso y el parque con facilidad ya que puedes manejar el grado de humedad del mop. Valió la pena el precio

Me parecio una excelente compra! pero la verdad depende el tipo de pisos con los cuales vayas a usarlos, principalmente lo compre porque mis mascotas sueltan mucho pelo y con el Joymoop los puedo recoger muy facilmente, el trapear y barrer ahora se me hacen una tarea del hogar muy facil y rapida, aparte de que quita todo los pelos de las mascotas tambien quita la suciedad, sin embargo con los repuestos creo que de las esquinas vinen algo fragiles porque se empezo a romper lo que es uno de los repuestos y ese detalle es importante porque si no no funcionaria bien el Joymoop
