I’ve been taking these for a while now, because I am insane about maintaining my gut health, and I like them. The minty flavor is nice, and I have not had any weird reactions (I’m very sensitive to a lot of things,) and everything seems to be working consistently well. I typically use the probiotics from herbalife, but decided ti start this only because it is a pre-pro-post in one.

I started taking 1 capsule daily first thing in the morning. I had to stop taking after experiencing heartburn from the mint. The label is very difficult to read. The smell is fabulous, and they are easy to swallow. If you do not have issues with mint I would recommend.

I had been subscribing to these probiotics and am familiar with the normal taste and look. I received one bottle that tasted off and the color didn't look quite right either... it turns out they sent me an expired bottle. the pic shows the bottle with a March 2024 date and I received it that same month. The order was not eligible for refund as per their policy and I wasn't able to get to a live person on Amazon to complain. I also tried reaching out to Ritual via Facebook and email and they never got back to me.It seems to me the high price of these pills is really just paying for marketing, but they don't stand by their product. In terms of results, they work no better than any other probiotic I've tried for half the cost. The only positive I would give them is that the pills look cool and you only have to take 1... also when the pills are fresh they have a pleasant mint taste.I def think they are over priced and if they mess up, you're out $60.

I love this product.....I am 74 and have tried many many probiotics....by far this works better then any I have ever tried. I take one first thing in the morning and the aroma of the capsules literally awakes my senses....I use the ship monthly because last year I forgot and went without for a week and developed bad stomach issues. Finally realized what was happening and decided to go on auto ship for convenience and savings. This is an investment into my health...Thank You!

I’ve tried almost every probiotic out there and have a passion for researching and exploring new findings. I live a very healthy lifestyle—no gluten, dairy, hydrogenated oils, or sugars. My daily focus is gut health because 80% of the immune system relies on it. If your gut is healthy, you’ll live happily and rarely get sick.I read about Tributyrin and its benefits for people with colon inflammation and ulcers. It’s also safe for those with SIBO and has many great properties. So, I decided to try it as a treat for my gut 😅, even though I don’t have these issues. The first capsule on an empty stomach caused diarrhea, but the next day was better. It improved my digestion without any side effects.❌ The first downside is that the listing didn’t previously mention the strong peppermint flavor.❌ The price is also high for just 300mg of Tributyrin, and I believe those with gut issues may need more than one capsule.I’m writing this review after finishing the bottle and trying two other Tributyrin-based postbiotics. This one was the best! 👍

These are nice addition to my daily routine. I have only taken them for a week, but no side effects. The mint taste is nice and refreshing. Would continue using.

Good product but over the last 18 months thr pricing has gone up almost $17 which is insane.
