Alpha Lion Pre-Workout has completely changed my training sessions. From the very first scoop, I noticed a clean, sustained energy boost without the jittery feeling or post-workout crash I’ve experienced with other brands. The focus it gives me in the gym is incredible — I can push through tough sets and keep my intensity high from start to finish. This was an OK product, it wasn’t a game changer or anything but helped my water consumption not to be “boring”. There are definitely better options for the same cost.

I have tried numerous workout products. Some good some crap waste of money. This one seems so far so good in it performance. Taste good with 4 to 6 OZ water.
