Never had an egg pan before, but will never be without one again. Great quality pan with perfect amount of thickness. Non-stick surface has been awesome. Very easy to clean. Can cook more than just eggs. Perfect size for sausage patties too. Also used for mini pancakes. Highly recommend.

Útil, resistente y sencillo de usar (y sobre todo, de limpiar). Al fin dejé de hacer huevos o panqueques "de animalitos" (con forma de todo, menos redondos, jajajaja). Con una pala de silicón se retiran fácilmente. Yo agrego a los huevos jamón, queso (del que se derrite) ensalada de chícharos con zanahoria y papas, sal y pimienta y quedan unos huevos tipo motuleños exquisitos. Al principio mi esposa e hijos se burlaban de mí sartén "para jugar a la comidita" (los huevos y panqueques quedan de 10 CM de diámetro) ahora hasta ellos lo prefieren utilizar (jaja). Solo embarra bien el interior con un poco de mantequilla untable ayudándote con una brocha de cocina, y además de despegarse sin dificultad y bien enteritos, quedarán con aroma y sabor como en los mejores restaurantes...

物は良いと思うのですが、、、、。 今朝、目玉焼きを作るのに使用しましたが、蓋をかぶせた際に、黄身に当たります。 ウインナーもやってみましたが、同じます。 蓋が内側に入る分、焼く部分の高さがなく若干 浅いです。 真っ平らの硝子蓋なので、縁があったり、ドーム型や外側の縁に乗せるような蓋ならよかったのに。 もしくはもう5mmほど フライパンが深かったら良かったと思います。 良いものを買っただけに、ダメな点が目立ちすぎ とても残念です。 蓋の必要のない料理なら問題ないと思います。

Handy fry pan for eggs or little pancakes, good non stick surface.

I was never any good at making sunny side up eggs. Maybe its because there is a slight slant in my floor and all the eggs run to one side of the pan, or maybe I'm just bad at eggs. Nobody truly knows. That's not really a problem now. Makes perfect and uniform sunny side up eggs every time. They also fit nicely on an English muffin. I get way more use out of this thing than I ever thought I would. I guess you could make pancakes too if you're into that sort of thing.
