Quality and User Interface
The installation was very smooth and properly done .I am provided with everything mentioned on the product page. Antenna , Receiver and Set top box are top notch . Remote is literally of low quality.I got HDMI cable to connect. Earlier the hd Channels were not working with the provided pack then a polite person from the d2h itself called and asked me for the same and after his multiple efforts I am getting the promised hd channels and the overall user experience is so good.D2h experience is too good.

Worse setup top box
Very poor service. After every 1 minute rain set top box lost signal. Customer care number invalid. Last one year I faced signal lost problem 21 times. Not recommend.

D2h HD set top box is best compare to other set top box in price and quality. I am happy with this product.

HDMI CABLE
Overall ok, but the HDMI cable which was inside the d2h box was not working on my Samsung Lcd tv, Audio Video cable was fixed. Luckly, I found one HDMI cable in my house which was 12-year-old I was using on my DVD player before, and I connected d2h to lcd tv its working fine with old HDMI cable.

Team was coordinating
Team coordinator which is from sundernagar was very supportive.Technician Mr.SEVAK RAM was good and done his job as per instruction given to him. But,the technician which is taking care of Kullu , Bhunter area are asking for extra money 💰 for the dish tv installation.Even, having the 📡 tv free installation. That need to be stopped.
