Do these come with the stand pictured? One of the reviews had mentioned they didn't receive them.

Mine came with the pictured base, if that's what you mean by stand.

What are the dimensions of just the handle portion?

There is a little over 5” spacing on the handle between the first two inside weights. My hands are big and I have a lot of room.

How accurate are these to the weight that they claim to be? For example how close to 30 lbs is it if its set to 30 lbs? Is it inaccurate at all?

I don’t know whether or not 30lbs is a true 30lbs. But I do know both sets I bought are the same weight; meaning they are balanced. So if one dumbbell is 29lb, the other one I’m working out with is 29lb as well. That’s the important part to my workout.
