The beakers look strong and came with no scratches or cracks I’m very pleased, can’t wait to use them.

My first order arrived and the 500ML vessel had the pouring spout broken off. The package included a note from Labvida talking about how after-sales support is so important to them, so I emailed them about replacing the 500ML vessel and a week later I still hadn't heard them. Next I called their "corporate" phone number and it was out of order (not a good sign). Lastly, I emailed their European and Japan email addressed - no replies. Finally I submitted for a replacement and the next shipment arrived exactly the same way 500ML broken. I gave up asking for replacements as this appears to be a packaging issue from the vendor. In both cases, the box from Amazon arrived in perfect shape so this doesn't appear to be a shipping mishandling issue. UPDATE: I did hear from Labvida after they discovered that my emails had gone into their junk folder. They quickly shipped me out a replacement 500ml vessel at no charge. They were very apologetic that my email was missed and they said they wanted to make things right. Apparently after-sales support is important to them, and they showed it with me. Great job!

I dropped one of them onto a concrete floor and it was not damaged. I'm not alab but these do the job I want them to do.
