CD DVD slim cases are clear and work well.
The plastic used is a harder clear plastic, so it is sturdy and holds the disc well. I like the clear version for basic CD/DVD cases. I prefer these to black or frosted, so I can just write on the disc and it closes tight. I can see the disc well. No issues. I imagine these could break if weight is applied or they are bent. But I want the CD/DVD protected, so the case does that well. This case holds one disc very well.

Thankfully none broken
Verbatim packs these in a sturdy cardboard box, so Amazon's failure to protect goods doesn't affect them. I checked every case in my 25 pack and all were intact, no cracks or broken hinges. Decent value for these as of my purchase, 51 cents each.

Exactly what I wanted!
A lot of comments mentioned breakage in their packs, but I didn't see one crack in any of these! They work pretty well for what they are. Obviously, they are pretty thin, so they are a tad-bit flimsy, but I had no issues handling these. I did notice that these do not hold thicker CD inserts well. I ordered one 25pk and one 50pk for a total of 75 and none of them came cracked or damaged whatsoever, so I'm very happy. One thing to take note of: although these are marketed as clear, the CD side is a bit fogged because it is a textured plastic.

Good Value, But a Flimsy Container
If, like me, you are in the process of transferring old vinyls to CD, you will need CD cases. These Verbatim cases are conveniently slim, but the hinges are weak. The cases must be opened with care.

Good quality plastic cd cases which are getting harder to find in the retail stores.
These cd cases are good quality and is a good deal since buying them in the store is more expensive for only half of what's included.

The cases are good but some on the end of the bundle were broken. It’s more a Amazon packaging thing over the item quality, I’m just saying.
