This product works flawlessly. I work on a game called Dance Break and we've been using this to make our game more accessible and user friendly as a touch screen. Our players walk up to it and it works without any hiccups. Our configuration was on a mac and we did have to license a software but only because our use case specifically needed a vertical screen set up. Super high value for us. We also got an acrylic screen to protect the tv we attached it to. If you have a tv you want to turn into a touch screen this is a great product.

This is an absolute piece of trash. The 10 point one I had bought was clearly used and was missing screws so then I decided to go with this unit instead. Looked new and not used installed it an it consistently interprets 1 finger as 2, 3 maybe even four points. I messed with all settings and even turned the sesitivity to low and it still interprets 1 finger as more than 1 touch depending on the area of the screen you touch. DO NOT BUY!!!!! THIS IS CHEAP CRAP

I used a Samsung 32 UJ59 4k monitor I bought at a pawnshop for use. I also had a custom acrylic panel cut out to match the size of the monitor including frame, and was stuck together using Gorilla Mounting tape permanent. Had to place acrylic glass first, then panel over (like in picture, it was sandwiched). So far, it works fine. Delays are there, but barely. Issues are use of IR sensors that trigger soon as your fingers block in frame. Which is why the glass was needed, if you plan on using this as a touch screen device. Can't touch edge sections due to sensors going haywire, but that's expected so if you use the middle section you'll be fine. Touch gestures do work, but using multi point is a big gamble as it gives difficulty doing simple three point touch w/o having zoom in gesture activate first. Big issues, are the use of Windows 11 and software. Unlike portable tablets and 2 in 1 touch screen laptops, Windows 11 Desktop doesn't have many apps or good compatibility for touch screens. So, if you do plan on using it for multiple apps, or usage similar to your phone that will be a big problem as it can't do that without limitations to IR hardware. But for positives, it does work right out of the box. Instalation was simple, but do note it doesn't come with a screen overlay so just frame. Touch was fluid and can work fairly well sometimes. Price was better than most IR touch frames. So far, I'm still testing the waters. If I can configure the touch calibration to be fixed in further from the edges of the panel to more center in the screen that would be great. As that would fix some of the gesture issues for me. Using bluestacks for a android emulator works fairly well for mobile apps to use. So far, it does what I want which is scroll music, and read manga. So I'd put it as a 3.5 to 4 stars.

complete waste of money. the instructions are wrong, didn't get all the parts.TERRIBLE AT READING WHERE IM TRYING TO RIGHT. Guess I should have known better it being so cheap.

The quality of this product is excellent. The touch is very precise which I am very pleased with. All you have to do is assemble it by following the directions provided which is not difficult. Then you plug it into your computer and voila it is ready to go. If you want a giant infrared touch screen overlay, this product is definitely the way to go!
