When it works it’s great!
I bought this device for a storage locker. I thought having the fingerprint portion would be very easy. Don’t have to memorize code. The set up of the device was kind of hard, follow the instructions on how to configure. The fingerprint reader took longer than I thought to actually get it to work, but it started working connecting to Bluetooth through the app worked fine, but there was a long delay when it came to unlocking it and then on the app, it wouldn’t always see the lock. I would have to refresh. I did put it in place at my storage unit test it when I was there and it worked came back a few days later use the fingerprint reader to unlock it and it wasn’t working I had to use the app to unlock it, but the signal on my phone wasn’t that good so it took about 10 minutes to get into my storage locker because the app didn’t see the lock that was right next to it for a little bit and I had to refresh it. I give it another chance until today which is three weeks later and the same issue happened again so I am returning it looking for a better one.

Not easy to set up

Fingerprint not reliable
Fingerprint works sometimes, sometimes don’t work, not reliable. Although I tried couple times and even reset or change to different fingers or different person, the situations are the same. I went to 24-hour Fitness locker room and it didn’t work. Fortunately they have App to use Bluetooth to make it working to open. Company needs to do more experiments as I found another product, the fingerprint responds very quickly and easily to reset too. That’s why I can provide above recommendation to the company to improve it.

My first time digital lock
For my purchase it is working from the app, but unsuccessful with finger / thumb print

what is the problem?
The media could not be loaded. I came quickly, put it on charge from the tablet, but it never charged, then I tried the charging cable in the kit and it all worked.

Nice product.
Works well with the app and Bluetooth. The fingerprint reader is hit and miss. Instructions are not very clear. It is the same problem with Chinese converting their language to English. The battery last 3-4 weeks between charges. That being said I would purchase it again.

Great padlock without requirements for your private information!!
The media could not be loaded. The delivery is prompt and I have got it in two days. The padlock is durable and solidly built. I've purchased several smart fingerprint locks with app previously, but they all need to collect your personal information from your phone, which had worried me. This padlock with tuya app is nicely designed and works surprisingly well.It is reliable and easy to set up without the risks to expose your private and biometric information. And the fingerprint reader is very sensitive. It can recognize my prints immediately when I need to unlock.Love this!! No need to carry a key or remember combinations. I’m really happy with this smart padlock and would recommend it to anyone who are looking for a secure and nice fingerprint lock at affordable price!!!

Did not last 4 months on a charge. Only used it 3 times. Not very reliable
I thought using this lock would be OK on my shed. I charged it completely and put it on my shed and went out to my shed three times within four months the fourth time it was dead. Now I’m gonna bring a battery pack out there to charge it which is a bit annoying.
