Feels poor quality
Unfortunately this was no good for me. I felt it was too cheap feeling, probably easy to break the casing. Not as good quality as the original! I'm returning for refund and will update my seller review once I have my refund. In the mean time, item was dispatched quickly and arrived on time

i like it quite a bit!
this phone is a decent size, its not as small as other nokia bricks but compared to most modern day smart phones its a lot smaller. the screen is very big for the size of the phone in my opinion but its still good. i enjoy the features, its got an MP3 player and if you insert an SD card you can have quite a lot of music on it, its a bit of a pain to do though, you have to go into the files app, and then find your song, and then add it to a playlist but its worth it. it also has a text history, so if someone messages you when youre messaging them, you can read their text. it has snake and tetris and a few other games (crossy road i think?) and a radio (im not bothered). the camera is alright, what you'd expect tbh, theres a clock app for timers/alarms. theres also a browser (opera mini), uh dont expect anything special from it lmao. the only thing that is bothering me a bit is the fact that ive only had it a week, and its got a minor scratch on the screen (and i havent been throwing it about or anything) but there are case/screen protector options out there

Great non smart phone
Great phone to detox from life online, constantly checking social media and emails is not an option with this phone, so great for weekends to disconnect and read a book!

Battery life is thoroughly disappointing
Been using it for three days and one thing that is majorly disappointing is the battery life. Without even using much of the phone, it runs out very quickly. Not sure that its just my phone or others have had this issue but that 27 days on standby seems like an outrageous claim. Functionality wise, its very basic by today's standard and that is not a bad thing depending on why you bought it. I have moved away from my smartphone so for me, I am happy that internet is hardly accessible via the browser (typing is a chore and it is slow!) and no youtube or any other app to keep you distracted. I think other than making 1-2 calls in a day, I have not looked at my phone in one day at all which is a blessing. Edit: Incoming calls have a crackly distorted sound always which requires a recall from your side. Not sure what that is about. Its just I want this phone to do the basics right and it does not.

What is the use of a phone that you can't take calls on?!
I have had Nokia phones for years and don't want a smart phone - I am happy with a lap top - and other people with smart phones in case of emergency! I had to get this phone to get 4G use and give up a very old Nokia phone that took really good pictures, had predictive text and did exactly what I wanted my phone to do. This one basically doesn't do much at all! The screen colours are awful to read even with brightness and contrast adapted. Texting takes forever (and if you pause for a second or two the phone locks again!) and I can only do it in the 'right light' due to glare and lack of contrast (ie wandering around in the park looking for shade to read my phone!) And now I find that I can't receive calls because of the appalling 'background noise' that as someone else has said sounds like the caller is underwater! I thought it was a poor signal but apparently it's just the phone! And it cost over £60 for the privilege! I am going to have to investigate Punkt despite the cost.

A good throwback
Bought as a basic phone for a relative that has found it difficult to cope with a smartphone. Wants a simple phone and this is good for basic needs, make and receive calls and texts.
