Size and thickness it’s perfect for my tarts

These were exactly what I expected. my tarts didn't stick at all and it made the cutest little tarts for the right amount of guests.

These work perfectly. I've only used once, with leftover tart dough. Easy to get out, crisp bottom (not soggy!), nicely browned. No oil or butter needed (at least with my tart dough). I can't wait to use them again. I love cutting a recipe down and making smaller amounts. Or pretty individual portions. (The ugly peach filling is all my fault. Don't blame the tart pan.)

I made fruit tarts with these and they came out amazing. I am by no means an expert baker, but the pans worked great and are easy to clean. Also with the bottoms being able to separate, makes the crust easy to get out of the pans. I would definitely recommend for purchase.

Ok, these are great, good size for a single dessert, I think that 5" tart pans would be great too. To make graham crackers crust, use 3 Cups of crushed graham crackers and 9 Tablespoons of refrigerated butter. Bake at 325F in convection oven for 5min. Remove and use spoon to press down the bottom of crust and the sides. Put back in oven for 4 to 5min again and remove and repress with spoon. This will make a great looking and usable flat crust to hold the filling. Not doing this two step solution will yield a puffed up crust hard to fill properly.

I had a set before and in a move ended up with only 2. I ordered this set and I am so happy with them. They are not cheap quality. Very sturdy and non-stick. Perfect for tarts.

Perfect

This tart pan says in description and on delivery box that it is 9 inch. It is not. It measures precisely 7-3/4inch.

Theses are ok but will leak. If you’re using a greasy dough or a graham and butter crust, you need to use a baking tray.
