I use it for everything... Well almost everything
I used this for perineal massages while pregnant, for my stretch marks post partum, and to lubricate the Frida Windi when my baby is gassy or constipated. I also use it in my hair 10/10

Great quality and long-lasting — but the smell isn’t my favorite
I’ve been using this sweet almond oil mainly as a moisturizer and for mixing with essential oils, and it works really well. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts a long time. It absorbs quickly, leaves my skin soft, and doesn’t feel greasy.I love that it’s 100% pure, natural, and free of any added fragrance or chemicals — you can tell it’s a high-quality product.One downside: the smell. It reminds me of cooking oil, which can be a bit off-putting at first. I believe it’s just the natural scent of pure almond oil, so it makes sense — but still, not my favorite.Other than that, I’m very happy with it and would definitely buy again!
