It's Just - White Cheddar Cheese Powder, Traditional Sharp Flavor, Made in USA, rBST/rBGH Hormone Free, 15oz, Shelf Stable, Make Cheese Sauce, Sprinkle for Flavor

I wanted white cheddar powder to add to popcorn to recreate a white cheddar microwave popcorn that I can no longer buy anywhere. That product also had a packet of sunflower oil to drizzle over the popcorn before the white cheddar powder. I got some oil, and used this powder; and it's everything I was looking for. It's not too salty, and I can add salt the popcorn to taste (though I don't always want to). This is just what I was looking for. I also use it for homemade mac and cheese. Sometimes I just crave white cheddar mac and cheese, but don't want to buy the individual sized boxes for a dollar or more each. Being able to make my own saves a lot of money, and I can use my own favorite pasta shapes too. I personally prefer a much heartier pasta like rigatoni with mine. I've also been using it instead of yellow cheddar powder in a homemade dorito recipe. I personally prefer the white cheddar flavor, and dust the chips with just white cheddar powder first (to get even more to stick, and distribute the flavor better), before adding the homemade seasoning blend that also has white cheddar powder in it. Then I pop them back in the warm oven for a few more minutes to make it all stick to the chips. Amazing flavor! Even been using it on bake potatoes (i'm sure it would be good in mashed potatoes too). This powder mixes well, and has proven very versatile in the kitchen. The bag it comes in reseals well, and the product stays dry and fresh inside. I'm almost out of my first bag and will certainly be buying more regularly to make sure I always have some on hand. Exactly what I was looking for! Final note. It's not actually JUST white cheddar powder. There are other ingredients. But I'm not at all put off by that.

Perfect for seasoning stove-popped popcorn! Very good white cheddar flavor and not overly salty. I love it!

Very cheesy like CheezWhiz brand, BUT not very tangy at all. However, has good texture and potency. Not my preference in flavor, and for some reason I couldn't seal the resealable bag at all.

The powder is great - the packaging, not so much! It's impossible to get the packaging to reseal (I've seen others have had similar issues!) I used this product to try and substitute for cream of white cheddar cheese soup, since it wasn't being made anymore. It came close - I think I can make it so that it's thicker, but it added the flavor I was looking for to the roast we were cooking. As for the packaging, I just put the powder into a large canning jar! I'll experiment more with this powder - I think we'll find many uses for it.

Bought as a gift for my parents so no real clue on how this actually tastes but they haven’t complained about it? 😂

This stuff is ok, tastes sort of like cheddar but doesn’t have that tang you expect. It’s also quite salty.
